大型洗菜機作業前須知：
Instructions before operation of large vegetable washing machine:
為了洗菜機作業及順暢愉快，每次作業前之檢查是很重要，務必逐項檢視無誤后，才可開始作業。
In order to ensure the safe, smooth and pleasant operation of the vegetable washing machine, the inspection before each operation is very important. The operation can be started only after the inspection item by item is correct.
1、開關箱之檢查：切認無熔絲開關之電源線是否松脫，松脫必須確實旋緊；
1. Inspection of switch box: confirm whether the power line of non fuse switch is loose, and the loose must be tightened;
2、各部之鏈條、網狀輸送帶、壓送皮帶、皮帶之張力確認、調整。
2. Confirm and adjust the tension of chain, mesh conveyor belt, pressure conveyor belt and belt.
3、無段變速齒輪箱之齒輪機油，是否過量或不足，過量時請由放油塞處放出多余之機油，不足時請由加油口補充之。

洗菜機維護保養：
Maintenance of vegetable washing machine:
洗菜機維護保養務必先將電源開關關掉，使設備處于停機狀態下記性。
For the maintenance of the vegetable washing machine, the power switch must be turned off first to keep the equipment in the shutdown state.
1、皮帶調整：在二皮帶輪之中間處，以手指(中指和食指)壓皮帶壓縮量為7～12mm為標準值，大于標準值時，調整惰輪規定緊度。
1. Belt adjustment: at the middle of the two pulleys, take the finger (middle finger and index finger) pressing the belt compression of 7 ~ 12mm as the standard value. When it is greater than the standard value, adjust the idler pulley to the specified tightness.
2、鏈條調整：在兩鏈輪的中間以手指(中指和食指)壓鏈條，壓縮量為4～ 9mm為標準值，超過標準值時，調整惰輪規定緊度。
2. Chain adjustment: press the chain with fingers (middle finger and index finger) in the middle of the two sprockets, and the compression amount is 4 ~ 9mm as the standard value. If it exceeds the standard value, adjust the idler gear to the specified tightness.
3、無段變速齒輪箱機油之點檢加油及更換：嚴禁煙火得情況下拆掉檢油塞，油剛流出為適當之量，不足時補充之。
3. Spot inspection, refueling and replacement of engine oil for stepless gearbox: it is strictly prohibited to remove the oil inspection plug under the condition of fireworks. The oil just flows out is the appropriate amount, and it shall be supplemented when it is insufficient.
蔬菜清洗機長期置放方法：
Long term placement method of vegetable washer:
如果洗菜機暫時不用需要擱置一端時間，這時的維護和保養更關重要，請務必按照以下方法操作。
If the vegetable washing machine is not used temporarily and needs to be put aside for one end of the time, the maintenance is more important. Please be sure to operate according to the following methods.
1、洗菜機各部件附著泥土、雜物等，用清水沖洗，用干布擦干，保持設備清潔；
1. All parts of the vegetable washing machine are attached with soil, sundries, etc., which shall be washed with clean water and wiped dry with a dry cloth to keep the equipment clean;
2、各回轉部、皮帶、鏈條等纏附之雜物、蔬菜葉，應完全。

3、各回轉部及磨擦主動部，充分注油防止生銹。
