The manufacturer of large-scale meat cutter tells us the correct operation method:

　　1.使用前要接牢地線，防止漏電。

　　1. Connect the ground wire firmly before use to prevent electric leakage.

　　2.用清水加洗潔精洗刀片或用青菜來(lái)回切，把刀上的油清凈，用水沖凈菜渣，即可在加料。

　　用戶自配電機(jī)時(shí)，先看點(diǎn)擊是否和機(jī)器所標(biāo)方向一致，若不一致，則需調(diào)整電源接頭。

　　記住使用切肉片機(jī)前，大型切肉機(jī)請(qǐng)先用溫水清洗干凈，不要弄濕電機(jī)。使用切片機(jī)時(shí)，先開動(dòng)電機(jī)，看刀片轉(zhuǎn)向是否正確。大型切肉機(jī)如果逆轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)馬上糾正。用完后，先關(guān)掉切肉機(jī)電源，將可拆除部分拆下，用熱水洗干凈，然后裝上，大型切肉機(jī)低。開空機(jī)甩水份，再涂上食用油即可。需切肉絲時(shí)，先將肉切成片后，將肉片橫向切肉片機(jī)再切一刀即可。
